Ampcus acquired SmarterD, an AI-powered platform that consolidates IT, security, and compliance data across enterprise systems. SmarterD will operate within Ampcus' cybersecurity and risk management division under its own brand, with financial terms undisclosed.
WHO IS INVOLVED
Ampcus, a digital transformation and infrastructure management services company, bought SmarterD and its CEO Mike Santos. Salil Sankaran, president of Ampcus, stated the deal targets organisations in heavily regulated industries.
