Integrity360 launches identity practice following CyberIAM acquisition

WHAT HAPPENED
Integrity360 launched a new identity services practice staffed by more than 90 identity specialists following its acquisition of CyberIAM in summer 2026. The practice will offer access management, privileged access management, identity governance and administration, and customer identity and access management services.
WHO IS INVOLVED
Integrity360, a security specialist, acquired CyberIAM, an identity player operating in the UK and South Africa. Brian Martin, director of product management at Integrity360, and Michael Ribaudo, CEO of CyberIAM, led the integration effort.
WHY IT MATTERS
Organizations face growing pressure to secure identity and access controls as cloud services expand and AI agents require proper authorization to data. Attackers increasingly compromise identities rather than break through perimeter defenses, making identity governance critical to enterprise security posture.
