Growth Capital Partners (GCP) has completed a minority stake investment in SecurityHQ, a global managed security service provider (MSSP). The SecurityHQ management team retains the majority stake. This is GCP's final deployment from Fund V. Legal advisors included Simmons & Simmons (advising GCP) and DLA Piper (advising SecurityHQ).
