AI Governance: Now available as a standalone product

Abnormal Security launched AI Governance as a standalone product. The tool enables security teams to see and govern AI tools, agents, AI chats, and spending across their organization without requiring deployment of Abnormal Inbound Email Security first. Organizations can activate it directly from Abnormal's AI App Store.

HOW IT WORKS

AI Governance provides visibility into AI tools and agents deployed across a business and tracks their costs. It helps security, IT, and compliance teams answer two key questions executives ask: what AI is in use and what does it cost. The product starts with visibility to enable governance of AI deployments that often happen without security or IT awareness.

WHY IT MATTERS

Employees adopt new AI tools and agents daily without security teams' knowledge, making oversight difficult. Traditional paper-based policies cannot govern systems teams cannot see. The standalone product addresses this gap by giving organizations the visibility and cost tracking needed to manage AI adoption and mitigate associated security and compliance risks.
