Booz Allen Hamilton completed its $720 million acquisition of Ultra I&C Mission Solutions on August 24, 2026. The business combines Ultra Mission Solutions' defense technology software, encryption, and edge-compute products with Booz Allen's AI-driven battle management and resilient communications solutions.
WHO IS INVOLVED
Booz Allen Hamilton, a defense and national security technology company, acquired the Ultra Mission Solutions business from Ultra Electronics. Steve Escaravage, president of Booz Allen's defense technology business, will lead Ultra Mission Solutions as a commercial product and solutions component.
