CrowdStrike and NVIDIA Expand AI Agent Security from Software to Silicon at NVIDIA GTC Berlin
Published 21 October 2026
WHAT HAPPENED
CrowdStrike and NVIDIA announced at NVIDIA GTC Berlin that they are expanding AI agent security from software to silicon. They plan to integrate CrowdStrike's Falcon Guardian with NVIDIA OpenShell and extend protection using NVIDIA Sentry on BlueField-4 DPUs for enforcement at the hardware level.
WHO IS INVOLVED
CrowdStrike and NVIDIA AI are the primary partners in this initiative. The integration involves CrowdStrike's Falcon Guardian product and NVIDIA's OpenShell and Sentry platforms with BlueField-4 DPUs.
WHY IT MATTERS
Moving security controls to the silicon level provides stronger protections against threats in autonomous AI workflows that cannot be bypassed at the software layer. This extends AI Detection and Response across both software and infrastructure, helping enterprises detect and contain threats in AI agent environments.
