CrowdStrike Brings the Falcon Platform to the OpenAI Marketplace

WHAT HAPPENED
CrowdStrike announced on September 29 that its Falcon platform is now available in the OpenAI Marketplace, allowing eligible OpenAI enterprise customers to purchase CrowdStrike security tools using a portion of their existing OpenAI commitments.
WHO IS INVOLVED
CrowdStrike and OpenAI are collaborating to integrate CrowdStrike's Falcon platform with OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Cyber model and Codex agents, with Daniel Bernard representing CrowdStrike and Brian Landsman representing OpenAI in the announcement.

The partnership gives enterprises a new way to apply AI investments to cybersecurity by combining frontier AI reasoning with runtime protection for AI agents, expanding how customers can access AI-powered security tools through their existing OpenAI spending.
