Databricks and Braze Announce Strategic Partnership at BrazeForge; Databricks Named Technology Partner of the Year

WHAT HAPPENED
Databricks and Braze announced a strategic partnership at the BrazeForge conference, with Databricks receiving Braze's Technology Partner of the Year Torchie Award. The companies integrated three capabilities: CustomerLake brings customer context into Braze for orchestration, bidirectional OpenSharing returns engagement signals without data duplication, and Braze Agent Console uses Databricks Model Serving to give marketers access to large language models.
