Distology announced an exclusive distribution partnership with Harmonic Security across the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Harmonic Security provides a platform that gives organizations visibility into how employees use AI tools and what data gets shared with them.
WHO IS INVOLVED
Harmonic Security, a cybersecurity vendor focused on AI governance, partnered with Distology, a cybersecurity distributor. Hayley Roberts is CEO of Distology and Alastair Paterson is CEO of Harmonic Security. Harmonic added approximately 100 new customers this year.
WHY IT MATTERS
As employees rapidly adopt AI tools independently, organizations struggle to maintain control over data and compliance. Harmonic's platform lets security teams see which AI tools employees use and detect risky activities, helping companies manage AI adoption without blocking legitimate work. The partnership gives Distology resellers a tool to build governance consulting services and positions them as strategic advisors rather than just product vendors.
