Fujisoft Group Launches Aikido Security as Part of Smart Factory Offering

WHAT HAPPENED
Fujisoft Group and Cybernet System partnered to launch a Smart Factory offering that combines design, manufacturing, equipment operation, and data usage. The offering systematizes four capabilities: digitizing design and production preparation, advancing manufacturing execution and site management, automating equipment and manufacturing processes, and integrating and utilizing data across systems.
WHO IS INVOLVED
Fujisoft Group, a Japanese software and systems company founded in 1970, partnered with Cybernet System, founded in 1985, both subsidiaries under the same parent group. The partnership includes collaborations with robot makers, semiconductor vendors, and trading companies to package and distribute Physical AI starting October 13, 2026.
WHY IT MATTERS
Japan's manufacturing workforce is declining 14.1 percent from 2002 to 2025, and only 5 percent of factories have full data connectivity across their operations. The Smart Factory offering addresses these challenges by connecting disconnected systems and enabling factories to upgrade existing equipment without stopping production, supporting the industry's sustained competitiveness.
