NTT DATA to Acquire Netgain, Creating Sweden's Largest Pure-Play ServiceNow Company

WHAT HAPPENED
NTT DATA announced the acquisition of Netgain AB, a Stockholm-based ServiceNow consulting firm founded in 2008. The deal is expected to close within weeks and is subject to regulatory approval.
WHO IS INVOLVED
NTT DATA, a $30 billion technology services company, is acquiring Netgain, which holds over 160 ServiceNow certifications and serves medium and large Swedish enterprises. The Cloud People, which NTT DATA acquired in December 2025, will combine with Netgain to form Sweden's largest pure-play ServiceNow company.
WHY IT MATTERS
The acquisition strengthens NTT DATA's ServiceNow capabilities in the Nordic region and establishes a leading position in the Swedish market. Combined with The Cloud People, the company gains expanded ability to support customers with ServiceNow-driven digital transformation initiatives across Northern Europe.
