Okta Joins NVIDIA OpenShell Ecosystem for AI Agent Security

Okta joined the NVIDIA OpenShell ecosystem, with NVIDIA announcing the NVIDIA OpenShell Reference Architecture for safe AI agents. The architecture combines controls, accelerated computing, and independent security enforcement to help businesses set boundaries for AI agents.
WHO IS INVOLVED
Okta and NVIDIA are collaborating on the initiative. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang introduced the reference architecture at GTC Berlin.
WHY IT MATTERS
Okta is extending identity, authorization, and governance into the agent runtime, enabling sandboxed AI agents to operate securely across the AI stack. This addresses the need for infrastructure-level AI security as organizations deploy AI agents at scale.
