Proofpoint launched the SOC Analyst Agent on September 3, 2026, built on OpenAI Daybreak models. The agent helps security analysts investigate threats by connecting data across Proofpoint security tools and converting natural-language questions into structured findings and recommended actions.
WHO IS INVOLVED
Proofpoint developed the agent through its partnership with OpenAI's Daybreak Defense Network, which it joined in June 2026. The agent is currently in private preview with select beta customers, with general availability expected by the end of Q3 2026.
