WHAT HAPPENED
ServiceNow acquired Israeli startup Sweep in a deal valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. The acquisition was not officially announced by either company, but comes less than two months after ServiceNow acquired another Israeli AI startup, ai.work, for tens of millions.
WHO IS INVOLVED
ServiceNow, the enterprise software giant, bought Sweep, which was founded in 2021 by Ido Gaver and Eran Kirshenboim and had raised 46 million dollars in disclosed funding. Sweep's customers include Brex, LG Electronics, Mass General Brigham, NBC Sports, Exiger and Wix.
