Anchorage Digital and Turnkey Partner on VisualSign Parser for Transaction Verification
Published 27 October 2026
WHAT HAPPENED
Anchorage Digital and Turnkey partnered to build VisualSign Parser, an open source tool that converts complex blockchain transactions into human-readable JSON format. The parser runs on Turnkey Verifiable Cloud inside Amazon Web Services Nitro Enclaves, with each response signed and accompanied by cryptographic attestation proving exactly which software produced it.
WHO IS INVOLVED
Anchorage Digital and Turnkey built VisualSign Parser together, with Amazon Web Services providing the Nitro Enclaves infrastructure. The architecture was co-authored by Prasanna Gautam from Anchorage Digital, Arnaud Brousseau from Turnkey, and Alexander Qin from AWS.
HOW IT WORKS
VisualSign Parser transforms raw blockchain transactions into readable JSON that wallets can display to users before signing. The parser executes inside AWS Nitro Enclaves on Turnkey Verifiable Cloud, and returns attestation documents proving the exact audited code ran. Wallets verify the attestation cryptographically rather than trusting the service, eliminating the ability to sign transactions blindly. The team open sourced supporting tools including awsnitroverifier for validating Nitro attestation chains and visualsign-turnkeyclient for end-to-end verification.
WHY IT MATTERS
Phishing attacks on cryptocurrency users exploit blind signing, where users cannot read the transactions they authorize. VisualSign closes this vulnerability by proving what code touched sensitive data through cryptographic means. Beyond blockchain, the pattern applies to sanctions screening, diagnostic models, and any workflow relying on third-party code to process sensitive information, enabling hardware security modules to release key material only after verifying the correct audited code executed.
THE TECHNOLOGY
VisualSign Parser supports Ethereum and its Layer 2 solutions, Solana, Sui, and Tron, with additional chains in development. The solution uses AWS Nitro Enclaves for hardware-level isolation and attestation, proving reproducible builds match the running code without requiring trust in the service provider.
