CyberFOX Acquires Optimize365, Adding Microsoft 365 Security to Its Endpoint and Identity Portfolio
Published 10 October 2026
WHAT HAPPENED
CyberFOX acquired Optimize365, a Microsoft 365 security platform that monitors and hardens tenant configurations. The acquisition adds cloud security capabilities to CyberFOX's existing portfolio of endpoint protection, password management, DNS filtering, and Zero Trust Network Access products.
WHO IS INVOLVED
CyberFOX, led by CEO David Bellini and CRO Adam Slutskin, acquired Optimize365 to expand its security offerings. The deal follows CyberFOX's nine-figure funding round from Level Equity and Radian Capital in February 2026 and its June 2026 acquisition of SASE provider Timus Networks.
WHY IT MATTERS
IT teams managing Microsoft 365 environments face configuration drift and security mismanagement with limited resources. CyberFOX now offers consolidated protection across endpoints, identities, credentials, and cloud platforms, reducing the need for multiple security vendors and allowing teams to automate Microsoft 365 security monitoring and remediation.
