The integration automatically creates NinjaOne PSA tickets from Guardz security issues and incidents, eliminating manual work and the need to switch between separate systems. The feature is included in every Guardz plan at no additional cost.

Guardz, a provider of agentic workspace security, partnered with NinjaOne, a platform used by MSPs for IT operations and service delivery. The integration targets managed service providers who rely on NinjaOne for their daily workflows and customer support.
HOW IT WORKS
Security issues detected by Guardz automatically generate tickets in NinjaOne PSA with full context about what was detected and which customer is affected. Two-way status synchronization keeps information current across both platforms so technicians do not need to update the same work twice. MSPs can customize the integration for different customers and workflows while automation handles routine task creation and updates.
