WHAT HAPPENED
iVerify and the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance announced the inaugural Advanced Mobile Security Summit, a closed-door event scheduled for November 10, 2026 in New York City. The summit brings together CISOs, security leaders, government experts, threat researchers and academics to discuss mobile threats and advance detection and response capabilities.
WHO IS INVOLVED
iVerify, a mobile endpoint detection and response company, partnered with NCFTA, a non-profit intelligence-sharing organization. The event will draw enterprise security leaders, government officials, academics, and threat researchers from organizations including banks, airlines, and government agencies.
WHY IT MATTERS
Mobile devices have become the least protected enterprise endpoint and a primary attack vector for credential theft and system access. Threat actors including Scattered Spider and ShinyHunters exploit mobile phones through social engineering and SIM swapping, and AI is accelerating exploitation before patches can be deployed, making on-device detection critical for organizations defending against advanced threats.
