Vega II brings security-trained AI and lasting memory to the SOC

WHAT HAPPENED
Vega launched Vega II, its largest platform update since emerging from stealth. The release introduces a security-trained AI model for SOC operations, a memory system that retains lessons from investigations, and a data gateway that brings sources outside the SIEM into the platform for analysis.
WHO IS INVOLVED
Vega, led by CEO Shay Sandler, built Vega II as a purpose-built system for AI-driven security operations. The platform works alongside security teams and their best defenders to direct autonomous detection, triage, and investigation.
WHY IT MATTERS
Generic AI models reason from scratch on each alert while attackers move quickly, and security teams lose context when cases close. Vega II connects all data sources, retains institutional knowledge, and uses a model trained specifically for cyber defense, letting security teams match the speed and sophistication of attackers who adopt new frontier models immediately.
